Entire Combination Meter does not Operate [11/2018 - 10/2022]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the combination meter assembly connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   G18-19 (EP) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   G18-23 (ES) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   G18-38 (IG+) - Body ground	Ignition switch off	Below 1 V
   	Ignition switch ON	10.5 to 16 V*1 11 to 14 V*2
   G18-22 (B) - Body ground	Ignition switch off	11 to 14 V

   *1: w/ Stop and Start System

   *2: w/o Stop and Start System

   Result

   NG (IG+ terminal) (w/ Stop and Start System)	B
   NG (IG+ terminal) (w/o Stop and Start System)	C
   NG (Other terminal)

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2018 - 10/2022]

GO TO STOP AND START SYSTEM. Refer to  Backup Boost Converter Circuit [11/2018 - 10/2019]  , or refer to  Backup Boost Converter Circuit [10/2019 - 08/2020]  , or refer to  Backup Boost Converter Circuit [08/2020 - 12/2021]  , or refer to  Backup Boost Converter Circuit [12/2021 - 10/2022]
