DTC U0293-87: Lost Communication with Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module Missing Message [08/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HV BATTERY) 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    3. Enter the following menus: Powertrain/HV Battery/Trouble Codes.
    4. Check for DTCs.

      Powertrain > HV Battery > Trouble Codes 

    5. Turn the power switch off.

      Result

      Proceed to
      NEXT

    Result: 

    NEXT 

    GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [04/2018 - ]
