Removal [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

NOTE: If the shift lock control unit assembly is subjected to any strong impact (such as being dropped), replace it with a new one. Since the shift lock control unit assembly is a non-disassembly type, replace it with a new one if disassembled. When disconnecting a wire harness of any component connected to the supply power of the integrated capacitor (integration control supply) or when removing the integrated capacitor (integration control supply), make sure to wait 5 minutes or more after turning the ignition switch off for self-diagnosis to complete and the voltage of the integrated capacitor (integration control supply) to discharge.

   1. Disconnect the wire harness clamp from the shift lock control unit assembly.
   2. Remove the 3 nuts from the shift lock control unit assembly.
   3. Disconnect the connector while pulling the shift lock control unit assembly towards you and remove the shift lock control unit assembly.
