Restraint System Passenger Disable Indicator Circuit Short to Ground or Open |
One of the following conditions is met:
- The airbag ECU assembly detects an open circuit signal or short circuit to ground signal in the passenger airbag ON/OFF indicator "ON" circuit when the airbag ECU assembly sends an "OFF" request signal to the "ON" indicator in the passenger airbag ON/OFF indicator.
- A telltale light assembly (passenger airbag ON/OFF indicator) malfunction.
- An airbag ECU assembly malfunction.
