The battery ECU assembly monitors the SOC (state of charge) of the EV supply battery assembly. When it finds the EV supply battery assembly has deteriorated excessively, it will display "Maintenance Required for Traction Battery at Your Dealer" on the multi-information display. If "Maintenance Required for Traction Battery at Your Dealer" is displayed, perform "Battery Diagnosis" and replace the EV supply battery assembly as necessary.
