Removal [11/2020 - 12/2023]: Procedure

  1. CAUTIONS FOR COMPRESSED HYDROGEN GAS 

    Refer to PRECAUTION [11/2020 - ]

  2. PRESSURE RELEASE OPERATION (for Low Pressure and Medium Pressure) 

    Refer to PRESSURE RELEASE OPERATION [11/2020 - 12/2023]

  3. REMOVE FC STACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [11/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [11/2021 - 12/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [12/2022 - 12/2023]

  4. REMOVE FC STACK COVER BRACKET

  5. REMOVE HYDROGEN SUPPLY PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

      Shift Pull Up
      1. Disconnect the 5 connectors and detach the 2 clamps.
      2. Remove the bolt and disconnect the No. 1 hydrogen detector bracket.
      3. Remove the 2 nuts and 2 bolts.
      4. Remove the 3 bolts and hydrogen supply pressure regulator assembly from the No. 1 hydrogen tube and No. 1 hydrogen supply tube sub-assembly.
      5. Remove the O-ring from the No. 1 hydrogen tube.
      6. Remove the O-ring from the No. 1 hydrogen supply tube sub-assembly.
      7. Protect the openings of the No. 1 hydrogen tube, No. 1 hydrogen supply tube sub-assembly and hydrogen supply pressure regulator assembly with protective tape (non-residue type) to prevent the entry of foreign matter or water.
  6. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

  7. REMOVE FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the 2 bolts and hydrogen supply secondary pipe sub-assembly.
      2. Protect the openings of the hydrogen supply primary pipe sub-assembly with protective tape (non-residue type) to prevent the entry of foreign matter or water.
      3. Remove the 3 fuel injector assemblies from the hydrogen supply secondary pipe sub-assembly.
      4. Protect the openings of the hydrogen supply secondary pipe sub-assembly with protective tape (non-residue type) to prevent the entry of foreign matter or water.
      5. Remove the 3 O-rings and 3 insulators from the 3 fuel injector assemblies.
