Removal [11/2020 - 12/2023]: Procedure
- CAUTIONS FOR COMPRESSED HYDROGEN GAS

- PRESSURE RELEASE OPERATION (for Low Pressure and Medium Pressure)
- REMOVE FC STACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [11/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [11/2021 - 12/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [12/2022 - 12/2023]
- REMOVE FC STACK COVER BRACKET
- REMOVE HYDROGEN SUPPLY PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY
Shift Pull Up - Disconnect the 5 connectors and detach the 2 clamps.
- Remove the bolt and disconnect the No. 1 hydrogen detector bracket.
- Remove the 2 nuts and 2 bolts.
- Remove the 3 bolts and hydrogen supply pressure regulator assembly from the No. 1 hydrogen tube and No. 1 hydrogen supply tube sub-assembly.
- Remove the O-ring from the No. 1 hydrogen tube.
- Remove the O-ring from the No. 1 hydrogen supply tube sub-assembly.
- Protect the openings of the No. 1 hydrogen tube, No. 1 hydrogen supply tube sub-assembly and hydrogen supply pressure regulator assembly with protective tape (non-residue type) to prevent the entry of foreign matter or water.
- REMOVE WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET
- REMOVE FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY
- Remove the 2 bolts and hydrogen supply secondary pipe sub-assembly.
- Protect the openings of the hydrogen supply primary pipe sub-assembly with protective tape (non-residue type) to prevent the entry of foreign matter or water.
- Remove the 3 fuel injector assemblies from the hydrogen supply secondary pipe sub-assembly.
- Protect the openings of the hydrogen supply secondary pipe sub-assembly with protective tape (non-residue type) to prevent the entry of foreign matter or water.
- Remove the 3 O-rings and 3 insulators from the 3 fuel injector assemblies.
