Removal [11/2020 - 11/2021]: Procedure
- PRECAUTION NOTE:
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
Refer to REMOVAL [11/2020 - 11/2021]
- REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
- REMOVE FC CONTROL ECU
- Lift up the lever to detach the lock, and disconnect the 2 FC control ECU connectors from the FC control ECU.NOTE:
When disconnecting connectors, make sure that foreign substances such as mud or water droplets do not adhere to them.
- Remove the 2 bolts and FC control ECU.NOTE:
If the FC control ECU is dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it with a new one.
- Lift up the lever to detach the lock, and disconnect the 2 FC control ECU connectors from the FC control ECU.
- REMOVE NO. 1 FC CONTROL ECU BRACKET
- REMOVE NO. 2 FC CONTROL ECU BRACKET
