Installation [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL REAR LIDAR ADVANCED DRIVE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

    NOTE:
    • Do not reuse the rear LiDAR advanced drive sensor assembly if it has been deformed wire harness clamp.
    • The rear LiDAR advanced drive sensor assembly is a precision instrument. Take care not to damage it during removal and installation.
    • If the lens surface of the rear LiDAR advanced drive sensor assembly is dirty, install the rear LiDAR advanced drive sensor assembly after cleaning it with a soft cloth or the like while taking care not to damage it.

      1. Attach the claw to install the clamp as shown in the illustration.
    2. Fig 1: Rear LiDAR Advanced Drive Sensor Assembly Tightening Sequence

      Nut Connector
      1. Install the rear LiDAR advanced drive sensor assembly with the 3 nuts in the order shown in the illustration.

        Torque: 3.3 N.m (34 kgf/cm, 29 in.lbf) 

      2. Connect the 2 connectors.
      3. Attach the wire harness clamp.
      4. Attach the claw and connect the LiDAR cleaner hose.
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER 
  3. ADJUST REAR LIDAR ADVANCED DRIVE SENSOR ASSEMBLY
