- REMOVE FC COOLING WATER ION EXCHANGER ASSEMBLY
Refer to REMOVAL [12/2023 - ]
- REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP
Refer to REMOVAL [12/2023 - ]
- DISCONNECT FC CONVERTER POWER OUTLET CABLE (INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 - REMOVE CONNECTOR COVER ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 - CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12 - INSTALL CONNECTOR COVER ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 - DISCONNECT FC CONVERTER POWER OUTLET CABLE (INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY) WARNING:
Wear insulated gloves.
- REMOVE FC CONVERTER POWER OUTLET BRACKET
- REMOVE NO. 2 RELAY BLOCK COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 127
- DISCONNECT STACK WIRE
- REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER BRACKET
- REMOVE NO. 9 FC RADIATOR HOSE
- DISCONNECT NO. 7 FC RADIATOR HOSE
- REMOVE FC COOLING WATER TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE NOTE:
- When installing, do not hold the FC cooling water temperature control valve by its port portion.
- If the FC cooling water temperature control valve has been struck or dropped, replace it.
- Remove the 3 bolts and disconnect the connector.
- To prevent contamination by foreign matter, cover the connecting portions of the FC cooling water temperature control valve with plastic bags.
- Slide the clip and remove the No. 6 FC radiator hose from the FC cooling water temperature sensor control valve.
- To prevent contamination by foreign matter, cover the connecting portions of the No. 6 FC radiator hose and FC cooling water temperature control valve with plastic bags.
