Removal [11/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FUEL LID WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2020 - ] 

  2. REMOVE HYDROGEN INLET RECEPTACLE CAP

      Remove in this Direction - -
  3. REMOVE FUEL TANK FILLER PIPE SHIELD

      Protective Tape Remove in this Direction
      1. Wrap the protective tape to the hydrogen inlet receptacle assembly.
      2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claws to remove the fuel tank filler pipe shield.
  4. REMOVE FUEL FILLER OPENING LID SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Protective Tape Remove in this Direction
      1. Apply protective tape around the fuel filler opening lid sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
      2. Remove the 4 screws.
      3. Remove the fuel filler opening lid sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
