   1. Using moulding remover A, detach the claws and remove the rear door inside handle bezel plug.

   Remove in this Order

   1. Using moulding remover A, detach the claw and remove the rear power window regulator switch assembly with rear door armrest base panel.
   2. Disconnect the connectors.

   1. Remove the 3 screws.
   2. Grasp the end of the front door trim board sub-assembly LH and front door panel and while pulling back, detach the clips.

   Remove in this Direction

   Push

   1. Detach the clamps and disconnect the open lever front door lock remote control cable from the rear door inside handle sub-assembly.
   2. Disconnect the 3 connectors.
   3. Detach the claws and clamps, disconnect the lock/unlock knob rear door inside locking cable.

   1. Using a clip remover, detach the clips.
   2. Peel back the rear door belt fron seal and disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.
   3. Remove the rear door belt front seal as shown in the illustration.

   1. Using a clip remover, detach the clip and turn over the rear door glass weatherstrip inner LH partially.
   2. Remove the rear door belt rear seal as shown in the illustration.

   Protective Tape

   Remove in this Direction

   1. Disconnect the connectors.
   2. Disconnect the wire harness clamps.
   3. Using a clip remover with its tip wrapped in protective tape, detach the clips.
   4. Pull out the open lever rear door lock remote control cable and lock/unlock knob rear door inside locking cable from the rear door service hole cover as shown in the illustration.

   1. Connect the connector to the rear power window regulator switch.
   2. Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
   3. Turn the ignition switch on.
   4. Move the rear door glass sub-assembly so that the door glass installation position can be seen.
   5. Turn the ignition switch off.

   1. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
      WARNING:

      • Wait at least 60 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
      • If an SRS part is accidentally deployed, it may cause a serious injury.

   2. Disconnect the connector from the rear pawer window regulator switch.

   1. Move the rear door glass sub-assembly and remove the rear door glass sub-assembly from the rear door window regulator sub-assembly.
   2. Remove the rear door glass sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
      NOTE:

      Do not damage the rear door glass.

   1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claws and disconnect the connector cover as shown in the illustration.
   2. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw and disconnect the connector as shown in the illustration.
   3. Disengage the claws and move the lever as shown in the illustration.
   4. Remove the rear door outside handle assembly as shown in the illustration.

   2. Heat the rear door No. 5 weatherstrip using a heat light.
      WARNING:

      • Do not touch the heat light and heated parts.
      • Touching the heat light may result in burns.
      • Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.
