- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the D93 shift control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D92-1 (E1) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω D93-17 (E12) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω D93-6 (E01) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω D93-5 (E02) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω D93-4 (E03) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω D92-11 (EC) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D93-1 (BATT) - Body ground Ignition switch off 8 to 15.4 V D92-10 (BUB) - Body ground 5 seconds after ignition switch ON* 8 to 15.4 V D92-18 (ACC) - Body ground Ignition switch ACC 6 V or higher D92-27 (IG2) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 6 V or higher *: Power is supplied from the sub-battery assembly with control for only 5 seconds after the ignition switch is turned to ON. Therefore, measure the voltage during that time.
