FC Converter Assembly Communication Stop Mode [12/2022 - 12/2023]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (FC CONVERTER ASSEMBLY BRANCH WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Disconnect the B19 FC converter assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition B19-22 (CA1H) - B19-21 (CA1L) Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω Result

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE OR CONNECTOR

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the B6 FC converter assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition B6-10 (E1) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω B6-11 (E2) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition B6-12 (+B1) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V B6-13 (+B2) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V B6-6 (IG2)- Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V Result
