Center Airbag Sensor Communication Stop Mode [11/2020 - 12/2022]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY BRANCH WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Disconnect the D10 airbag ECU assembly connector.
Refer to PRECAUTION [11/2020 - 12/2022]
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D10-26 (CAFH) - D10-27 (CAFL) Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω Result

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE OR CONNECTOR

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D10-32 (E2) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω D10-33 (E1) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal Below 1 Ω - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 2 seconds.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition D10-36 (IG2) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V Result
