DTC Summary

A malfunction is detected where the EV control ECU cannot shut down the operation of the voltage inverter.

The cause of this malfunction may be one of the following:

Wire harness malfunction 

• Wire harness between the voltage inverter and EV control ECU

EV control ECU malfunction 

• EV control ECU internal malfunction

voltage inverter malfunction 

• Voltage inverter internal malfunction
