Installation [11/2020 - ]: Procedure

   1. Follow the steps below to install the seatback heater assembly RH to the rear seatback pad sub-assembly.

      1. Remove the peeling paper on the A area and attach the A area of the seatback heater assembly RH to the rear seatback pad sub-assembly aligning with the matchmark.

      2. Remove the peeling paper on the B area and attach the B area of the seatback heater assembly RH to the rear seatback pad sub-assembly aligning with the matchmark.

      3. Remove the peeling paper on the C area and attach the C area of the seatback heater assembly RH to the rear seatback pad sub-assembly aligning with the matchmark.

      4. Insert the bridge area to the groove of rear seatback pad sub-assembly.

      NOTE:

      • After removing the peeling paper, do not touch the surface of the tape with your fingers or cotton work gloves.
      • Do not reuse the seatback heater assembly RH and rear seatback pad sub-assembly.
      • Apply pressure to paste the seatback heater assembly RH to the rear seatback pad sub-assembly securely.

1. Use the same procedure described for the RH side.

Torque: 6.0 N.m (61 kgf/cm, 53 in.lbf)
