Removal [11/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR COVER

  2. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR

      *a Stopper - -
      Release Remove in this Direction
      1. Release the stopper by pulling it out as shown in the illustration.
      2. Disconnect the rain sensor from the windshield glass as shown in the illustration.
      3. Disconnect the connector to remove the rain sensor.
        NOTE:

        If the rain sensor has been dropped, replace itwith a new one.

  3. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR TAPE

    		 HINT: 
    • Only perform this procedure when replacing the rain sensor tape.
    • Replace the rain sensor tape with new one if it is damaged or contaminated.
