DTC P0A14-12: Engine Mount "A" Control Circuit High Circuit Short to Battery [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (FOR ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT SYSTEM) 
    1. Inspect the No. 1 vacuum switching valve (for active control engine mount system).

      Refer to INSPECTION [10/2022 - ]

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    NG 

    REPLACE NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (FOR ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT SYSTEM). Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - ] 

    Result: 

    OK

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (FOR ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT SYSTEM) - ECM) 
    1. Disconnect the No. 1 vacuum switching valve (for active control engine mount system) connector.
    2. Disconnect the ECM connector.
    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      C12-2 (ACM) or C89-14 (ACM) - Other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    OK 

    REPLACE ECM. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - 11/2023]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [11/2023 - ] 

    Result: 

    NG 

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
