DTC P0627-12: Fuel Pump "A" Control Circuit Short to Battery [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

- INSPECT ECM (CHECK FOR SHORT)
- Disconnect the fuel pump control ECU connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

REPLACE FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FUEL PUMP CONTROL ECU - ECM)
- Disconnect the fuel pump control ECU connector.
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition M54-2 (FPC) or A83-4 (FPC) - Other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher Result
Proceed to OK NG

REPLACE ECM
