DTC P16B0-9F: Actuator Cut Circuit Stuck Off [10/2022 - ]: Description

The ECM monitors its internal operation. If it detects a malfunction, the electronic throttle motor circuit inside the ECM is shut off to ensure the safety of the vehicle.
