Installation [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL TIMING CHAIN CASE OIL SEAL
*a 0 to 2 mm - - - Apply MP grease to the lip of a new timing chain case oil seal.NOTE:
- Keep the lip free from foreign matter.
- Do not allow MP grease to contact the dust seal.
- Make sure there is no oil on the outer surface.
- Using SST and a hammer, tap in the timing chain case oil seal.
- SST: 09223-00010
Standard Depth
0 to 2 mm (0 to 0.0787 in.) (From the edge of the No. 2 timing chain cover assembly)
NOTE:Do not tap in the timing chain case oil seal at an angle.
- Apply MP grease to the lip of a new timing chain case oil seal.
- INSTALL CRANKSHAFT PULLEY ASSEMBLY

- INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT
