DTC B1537-11: Telephone Sub Antenna Circuit Short to Ground; DTC B1537-13: Telephone Sub Antenna Circuit Open [10/2020 - ]: Procedure

1. Turn the engine switch off.
2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
3. Turn the engine switch is on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds or more.
4. Turn the Techstream on.
5. Clear the DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Telematics > Clear DTCs 

6. Check for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Telematics > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   No DTCs are output.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2020 - 08/2021]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2021 - ]

1. Remove the navigation antenna assembly.

2. Inspect the navigation antenna assembly.

   Refer to INSPECTION [09/2019 - ]

REPLACE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (for Front Side). Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2020 - ]

2. Disconnect the E telephone and GPS antenna cord (for Type A) connector.

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   • The engine switch must be off.
   • Do not exchange the DCM (telematics transceiver) with one from another vehicle.
