CD cannot be Ejected [03/2017 - 10/2020]: Procedure

1. Press the disc eject switch of the radio and display receiver assembly for 5 seconds or more and check that the CD is ejected.

   OK

   CD is ejected.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [03/2017 - 06/2017]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [06/2017 - 10/2020] 

Result: 

OK

1. Replace the CD with a new or known good one and check that the malfunction disappears.

   OK

   CD is ejected.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG
