Reassembly [09/2019 - 12/2021]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE LH 
    1. Engage the guide and claw to install the No. 1 radiator air guide LH as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE RH 
    1. Engage the guide and claw to install the No. 1 radiator air guide RH as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET LH 
    1. Install the front bumper bracket LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque: 12 N*m (122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Install the No. 2 front bumper reinforcement with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 30 N*m (306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf) 

  6. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Type A) 
    1. Engage the guides to install the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH.

    2. Install the 5 bolts.

      Torque: 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf) 

  7. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Type B) 
    1. Engage the guides to install the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH.

    2. Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque: 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf) 

    3. Engage the wire harness clamp.
  8. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Type A) 
    1. Engage the guides to install the front side member bracket sub-assembly RH.

    2. Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque: 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf) 

  9. INSTALL FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Type B) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT (for Type A) 
    1. Engage the guides to install the front bumper reinforcement.

    2. Install the 6 bolts.

      Torque: 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf) 

    3. Engage the wire harness clamps.

  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT (for Type B) 
    1. Engage the guides to install the front bumper reinforcement.

    2. Install the 6 bolts.

      Torque: 50 N*m (510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf) 

    3. Engage the wire harness clamps.

  12. INSTALL LOWER FRONT BUMPER ABSORBER 
    1. Engage the guides to install the lower front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

  13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 
    1. Engage the guides to install the front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

  14. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Install the No. 1 radiator to support seal as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

    3. Engage the wire harness clamp.
  15. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE RETAINER 
    1. Engage the claws to install the No. 1 radiator grille retainer as shown in the illustration.

  16. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH 
    1. Engage the claw to install the front bumper side retainer LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the screw.

      *a Bolt

    3. Install the bolt.

      Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) 

  17. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  18. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION 
    1. Engage the claws and guides to install the front bumper extension.

  19. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER 
    1. Install the 6 grommets.

    2. Engage the guides and claws to install the front bumper lower cover.

    3. Install the 2 clips and 6 outside moulding retainers.

    4. Install the 2 screws.
  20. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. for TMC Made:
      1. Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.

    2. for TMMT Made:
      1. Engage the claws to install the front bumper extension mounting bracket as shown in the illustration.

  21. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

      Engage the hook and claws to install the front bumper hole cover.

  22. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH 
    1. Engage the claws to install the front fender liner retainer.

    2. Engage the claws to install the front bumper side mounting bracket LH.

    3. Install the clip.

    4. Install the screw.
  23. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH 

    HINT:

  24. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH 
    1. Engage the guide and claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

  25. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  26. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light) 
    1. Install the fog light cover LH with the 3 screws.

  27. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  28. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER LH 
    1. Install the grommet.

    2. Engage the guides to install the front spoiler cover LH.

    3. Install the clip.
    4. Install the screw and 2 outside moulding retainers.

  30. INSTALL NO. 5 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Wire Harness) 
    1. Engage the clamps to install the No. 5 engine room wire.
