Installation [08/2020 - ]: Procedure

HINT: 

Perform "clear the integrated current value", "switch battery type" after replacing the battery.

Refer to WORK PROCEDURE [08/2020 - 12/2021] [08/2020 - ] , or refer to WORK PROCEDURE [12/2021 - ] [08/2020 - 12/2021]

1. Install the battery to the vehicle.
2. Install the No. 2 battery clamp with the bolt.

   Torque: 15.4 N*m (157 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf) 

3. Install the battery insulator to the battery.
4. Connect the cable to the positive (+) battery terminal and engage the clamp.
5. Tighten the nut.

   Torque: 5.6 N*m (57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf) 

6. Engage the 2 claws and install the fusible link cover.

1. Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal and tighten the nut.

   Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) 

HINT: 

When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic leaning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
