DTC C0063-1F: Yaw Rate Sensor Circuit Intermittent; DTC C0063-96: Yaw Rate Sensor Component Internal Failure; DTC C0520-1F: Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module "A" Circuit Intermittent [08/2021 -]: Description
The airbag ECU assembly has a built-in yaw rate and acceleration sensor and detects the vehicle condition.
These DTCs are stored when the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) receives a malfunction signal from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly).
| DTC No. | Detection Item | DTC Detection Condition | Trouble Area |
|---|---|---|---|
| C0063-1F | Yaw Rate Sensor Circuit Intermittent | When the voltage at terminal +BS is between 9.6 and 16.5 V, data malfunction signal is received from the yaw rate sensor (airbag ECU assembly) for 1 second or more. | Yaw rate sensor (airbag ECU assembly) |
| C0063-96 | Yaw Rate Sensor Component Internal Failure | With the +BS terminal voltage between 9.6 and 16.5 V, a yaw rate sensor internal malfunction signal is received from the yaw rate sensor (airbag ECU assembly). | Yaw rate sensor (airbag ECU assembly) |
| C0520-1F | Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Module "A" Circuit Intermittent | When the voltage at terminal +BS is between 9.6 and 16.5 V, data malfunction signal is received from the acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) for 10 seconds or more. | Acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) |
