Parking Assist ECU Communication Stop Mode [04/2018 -]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the K35 parking assist ECU connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K35-12 (CANH) - K35-13 (CANL)	Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal	54 to 69 Ω

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH LINES OR CONNECTOR (PARKING ASSIST ECU)

1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K35-3 (GND1) - Body ground	Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal	Below 1 Ω

2. Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K35-2 (+B) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
   K35-1 (ACC) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	11 to 14 V
   K35-6 (IG) - Body ground	Engine switch on (IG)	11 to 14 V
