Removal [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER 
    1. Hold both sides of the cover indicated by the arrows. While doing this, apply force using point A as a fulcrum to slightly raise the cover.

      *a point A - -
      Hold Remove in this Direction
      NOTE:

      Applying excessive force could damage the claws, making it impossible to install.

    2. Detach the 2 guides to slide the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
    3. Attach protective tape.

      *a Moulding Remover B
      *b Protective Tape
      Remove in this Direction
    4. Using the moulding remover B, disengage the 4 claws to remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.
  2. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw and inner rear view mirror assembly.
