Removal [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER

Hold both sides of the cover indicated by the arrows. While doing this, apply force using point A as a fulcrum to slightly raise the cover.

NOTE:

Applying excessive force could damage the claws, making it impossible to install.

Detach the 2 guides to slide the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover as shown in the illustration.

Remove in this Direction

Attach protective tape.

Using the moulding remover B, disengage the 4 claws to remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.

REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw and inner rear view mirror assembly.
