Removal [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CLEANER HOSE 
    WARNING:
    • Hot surfaces.

      Risk of burning!

      • Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
    1. Unlock and loosen the connector (1) on the charging pressure sensor.

    2. Loosen clamp (2).
    3. Unlock and disconnect the connector (3) from the charge-air temperature sensor.
    4. Remove T30 bolts (arrows).
    5. Unlock and loosen the clamp (4) on the turbocharger sub-assembly.
    6. Guide out and remove No. 2 air cleaner hose (5).
