  1. CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY

    *A for TMMC Made *B for TMC Made
    1. Disconnect the G25*1 or H4*2 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.
      1. *1: for TMMC Made
      2. *2: for TMC Made
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.
      FOR TMMC MADE:

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      G25-1 (IG) - G25-28 (E) B - W-B IG power source signal Power switch off Below 1 V
      Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      G25-28 (E) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      FOR TMC MADE:

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      H4-1 (IG) - H4-31 (E) B - W-B IG power source signal Power switch off Below 1 V
      Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      H4-31 (E) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Reconnect the G25*1 or H4*2 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.
      1. *1: for TMMC Made
      2. *2: for TMC Made
    4. Measure the voltage, resistance and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.
      FOR TMMC MADE:

      G25-2 (BOF) - G25-28 (E) R - W-B Power source for front sensor circuit Power switch off Below 1 V
      • Power switch on (IG)
      • Intuitive parking assist system on
      11 to 14 V
      G25-3 (SOF) - G25-28 (E) L - W-B Front sensor communication signal (Front clearance sonar sensor)
      • Power switch on (IG)
      • Intuitive parking assist system on
      • Shift lever in any position other than P
      • Vehicle speed is less than approximately 10 km/h (6 mph)
      Pulse generation
      (Refer to waveform 1)
      G25-4 (E5) - G25-28 (E) W - W-B Ground for front clearance sonar Always Below 1 Ω
      G25-9 (CBZ) - G25-8 (EF) LG - L No. 1 clearance warning buzzer signal Buzzer sounding Pulse generation

      G25-19 (BOR) - G25-28 (E) LG - W-B Power source for rear sensor circuit Power switch off Below 1 V

      G25-20 (SOR) - G25-28 (E) SB - W-B Rear sensor communication signal (Rear clearance sonar sensor)

      G25-21 (E1) - G25-28 (E) GR - W-B Ground for rear clearance sonar Always Below 1 Ω
