Removal [11/2018 - 02/2019]: Procedure

- PRECAUTION NOTE:
After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

- DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE

- REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- REMOVE BATTERY HOLE COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

- REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD
Refer to REMOVAL [11/2018 - 02/2019]
- REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR
- Disconnect the connector from the fuel pressure sensor.
- Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 fuel pressure sensor holder from the fuel delivery pipe.
- Remove the fuel pressure sensor from the fuel delivery pipe.NOTE:
- Pull and remove the fuel pressure sensor in a straight line to avoid damaging the seal surface of the fuel delivery pipe O-ring.
- After removing the fuel pressure sensor, remove any parts remaining on the fuel delivery pipe side.
- Disconnect the connector from the fuel pressure sensor.
