DTC B166C: Front Door Pressure Sensor RH; DTC B166F: Front Door Pressure Sensor Threshold Malfunction (RH) [08/2020 - ]: Procedure

1. Turn the ignition switch off.

   *1	Side Airbag Pressure Sensor LH
   *2	Airbag ECU Assembly

2. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 90 seconds.
3. Interchange the side airbag pressure sensor RH with LH and connect the connectors to them.
4. Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 2 seconds.
5. Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait for at least 60 seconds.
6. Clear the DTCs stored in memory.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2020 - ]

   Body Electrical > SRS Airbag > Clear DTCs 

7. Turn the ignition switch off.
8. Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait for at least 60 seconds.
9. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [08/2020 - ]

   Body Electrical > SRS Airbag > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   Proceed to
   DTC B166C or B166F is output
   DTC B167A or B167E is output
   DTCs B166C, B166F, B167A and B167E are not output

   HINT: 

   Codes other than DTCs B166C, B166F, B167A and B167E may be output at this time, but they are not related to this check.

10. Turn the ignition switch off.
11. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 90 seconds.
12. Return the side airbag pressure sensor LH and RH to their original positions and connect the connectors to them.

Result: 

DTC B166C or B166F is output 

REPLACE AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [08/2020 - 12/2021]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [12/2021 - 10/2022]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - 10/2023]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2023 - ] 

Result: 

DTC B167A or B167E is output 

REPLACE SIDE AIRBAG PRESSURE SENSOR RH. Refer to  REMOVAL [08/2020 - 12/2021]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [12/2021 - 10/2022]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - 10/2023]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [10/2023 - ] 

Result: 

DTCs B166C, B166F, B167A and B167E are not output
