CHECK ANY OTHER DTCS OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P106A-62 AND/OR P106C-62)

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the Techstream on.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.

Read the DTCs.

Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes

REPLACE MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR

Replace the manifold absolute pressure sensor.

Replace the ECM (atmospheric pressure sensor).

Replace the canister pump module.

CLEAR DTC

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the Techstream on.
Clear the DTCs.
Powertrain > Engine > Clear DTCs

Turn the ignition switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.

CONFIRM WHETHER MALFUNCTION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the Techstream on.

Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Data List / Atmospheric Pressure, Vapor Pressure Pump and Intake Manifold Absolute Pressure.

Tester Display
Atmospheric Pressure
Intake Manifold Absolute Pressure
Vapor Pressure Pump

Confirm that the difference between Intake Manifold Absolute Pressure and Vapor Pressure Pump is 8.69 kPa (1.26 psi) or less.

Confirm that the difference between Atmospheric Pressure and Vapor Pressure Pump is 7.89 kPa (1.14 psi) or less.
