Terminals Of Ecu [08/2020 - 10/2022]

  1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU) AND INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat Belt Warning System)

    *1 Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU) - -
    1. Remove the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) from the instrument panel junction block assembly.

      Refer to REMOVAL [08/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - 10/2022]

    2. Reconnect the instrument panel junction block assembly connectors.
    3. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      A-32 (IG) - Body ground None - Body ground Ignition power supply Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      A-31 (BECU) - Body ground None - Body ground Auxiliary Battery power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
      A-30 (ACC) - Body ground None - Body ground ACC power supply Ignition switch ACC 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      A-11 (GND1) - Body ground None - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    4. Install the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).

      Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2020 - ]

    5. Measure the voltage and pulse according to the value(s) in the table below.
      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      4H-24 (LCTY) - Body ground G - Body ground Rear door courtesy light switch assembly LH input Rear door LH open Below 1 V
      Rear door LH closed 4.7 to 5.3 V
      4A-31 (RCTY) - Body ground LA-V - Body ground Rear door courtesy light switch assembly RH input Rear door RH open Below 1 V
      Rear door RH closed 4.7 to 5.3 V
  2. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the G18 and G19 combination meter assembly connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      G18-22 (B) - Body ground B - Body ground Auxiliary Battery power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
      G18-38 (IG+) - Body ground L - Body ground Ignition power supply (IG signal) Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V*1
      10.5 to 16 V*2
      Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      G18-23 (ES) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      G19-36 (RLSB) - Body ground*3 SB - Body ground Rear LH seat belt buckle switch signal Rear LH seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher
      Rear LH seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
      G19-19 (RCSB) - Body ground*3 B - Body ground Rear center seat belt buckle switch signal Rear center seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher
      Rear center seat belt fastened Below 1 Ω
      G19-35 (RRSB) - Body ground*3 LG - Body ground Rear RH seat belt buckle switch signal Rear RH seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher
      Rear RH seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω

      *1: w/o Stop and Start System

      *2: w/ Stop and Start System

      *3: w/ Rear Seat Belt Warning System

  3. CHECK AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to TERMINALS OF ECU [08/2020 - ]

  4. CHECK OCCUPANT DETECTION ECU 

    Refer to TERMINALS OF ECU [11/2018 - ]
