INSTALL DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER)

INSTALL NO. 2 MULTI-MEDIA MODULE BRACKET

w/ Navigation System:

Install the No. 2 multi-media module bracket with the 4 screws.

Torque: 3.0 N.m (31 kgf/cm, 27 in.lbf)

w/o Navigation System:

Install the No. 2 multi-media module bracket with the 2 screws.

INSTALL NO. 1 MULTI-MEDIA MODULE BRACKET

w/ Navigation System:

Install the No. 1 multi-media module bracket with the 3 screws.

Torque: 3.0 N.m (31 kgf/cm, 27 in.lbf)

w/o Navigation System:

Install the No. 1 multi-media module bracket with the screw.

INSTALL TELEPHONE ECU WIRE (TO TRANSCEIVER) (w/ Navigation System)

Connect the 2 connectors to install the telephone ECU wire (to transceiver).

INSTALL TELEPHONE ECU WIRE (w/o Navigation System)

Attach the clamp to install the telephone ECU wire.

Connect the connector.

INSTALL NO. 2 NAVIGATION WIRE (w/ Navigation System)

Attach the clamp to install the No. 2 navigation wire.

Connect the connector.

INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

w/ Navigation System:

Attach the clamp to install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
Connect the 4 connectors.

w/o Navigation System:

Attach the clamp to install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
Connect the 3 connectors.

INSTALL DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System)

Connect the 3 connectors.

Place your hand at the position shown in the illustration, and then while bending the instrument panel safety pad assembly, attach the guide to temporarily install the DCM (telematics transceiver) with bracket.

	Install in this Direction

Connect the 3 connectors.

	Bolt
	Connector

Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 12 N.m (122 kgf/cm, 9 ft.lbf)

INSTALL DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) WITH BRACKET (w/o Navigation System)

Connect the 2 connectors.

Attach the guide to temporarily install the DCM (telematics transceiver) with bracket.

Install in this Direction

Connect the 2 connectors.

	Bolt
	Connector

Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 12 N.m (122 kgf/cm, 9 ft.lbf)

INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [11/2018 - 08/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27 [08/2020 - 10/2022]
INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
Refer to INSTALLATION [11/2018 - 12/2021] , or refer to INSTALLATION [12/2021 - ]
PERFORM DCM ACTIVATION
HINT:

After replacing the DCM (telematics transceiver), make sure to perform DCM activation.

PERFORM REGISTRATION (w/ Smart Key System)
1. for Remote Connect Compatible Type:

  After replacing the DCM (telematics transceiver), make sure to perform code registration (Smart key System (for Start Function)).
  - for HV Model:
    Refer to REGISTRATION [10/2019 - 12/2021] , or refer to REGISTRATION [12/2021 - ]
  - for Gasoline Model:
    Refer to REGISTRATION [10/2019 - 08/2020] , or refer to REGISTRATION [08/2020 - 12/2021] , or refer to REGISTRATION [12/2021 - ]
