GO TO DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART
Result:
A
See step 2
- Perform the Health Check using the Techstream.
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (YAW RATE SENSOR VALUE)
- Check Data List item "Yaw Rate Sensor Value".
Chassis > Brake/EPB > Data List
Tester Display Measurement Item Range Normal Condition Diagnostic Note Yaw Rate Sensor Value Yaw rate sensor Min.: -128°/s, Max.: 127°/s Vehicle stopped: 0°/s

See step 3
- Check Data List item "Yaw Rate Sensor Value".
- CHECK AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
- Check that the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) has been installed properly.
Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2020 -]
OK
The yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) is tightened to the specified torque.
The yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) is not installed in a tilted position.
Result
Proceed to OK NG
Result:

INSTALL AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2020 -]
Result:
OK
See step 4
- Check that the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) has been installed properly.
- CLEAR VEHICLE CONTROL HISTORY (RoB)
- Using the Techstream, clear the Vehicle Control History (RoB).
