DTC B1818-54: Short to B+ in Front Passenger Side Squib 2nd Step Circuit [06/2015 - ]: Description

The front passenger side squib 2nd step circuit consists of the airbag sensor assembly and instrument panel passenger airbag assembly.

The airbag sensor assembly uses this circuit to deploy the airbag when deployment conditions are met.

DTC B1818/54 is stored when a short to B+ is detected in the front passenger side squib 2nd step circuit.
