Removal [11/2018 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2018 - ]

  2. REMOVE CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    2. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claws to remove the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) as shown in the illustration.

      *a Protective Tape
      Pull up
      Remove in this Direction
