Inspection [06/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check the operation of the door lock motor.

      *1 Latch
      *a Component without harness connected
      (Luggage Compartment Door Lock Assembly)
      *b Lock (Close)
      *c Unlock (Open)
      1. Move the door lock to the lock (close) position.
      2. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the door lock motor and check the operation of the door lock motor.

        OK

        Auxiliary Battery Connection Specified Condition
        Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (B)
        Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 2 (E)        		 Luggage compartment door lock motor unlock (open) operation

        If the result is not as specified, replace the luggage compartment door lock assembly.
