Removal [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:
  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler) 

    Refer to REPLACEMENT [10/2022 - ]

  4. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT 

    Refer to REMOVAL [10/2022 - ]

  5. DISCONNECT NO. 2 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

  6. DISCONNECT NO. 3 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

  7. REMOVE INTERCOOLER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

  8. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE

  9. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the 2 nuts and bolt.
      2. Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the stud bolt and generator assembly.
