INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the oil cooler assembly with the 4 bolts in several steps in the order shown in the illustration.
    Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf)
CONNECT WATER BY-PASS HOSE

INSTALL EXHAUST PIPE HEAT INSULATOR

Install the exhaust pipe heat insulator with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf)

NOTE:
Make sure that the exhaust pipe heat insulator do not contact the oil cooler assembly.

INSTALL CONVERTER WITH CATALYST ASSEMBLY
