Installation [11/2023 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR
*a Cutout (Fuel Delivery Pipe Sub-assembly) *b Cutout (Fuel Pressure Sensor) - Install a new fuel pressure sensor to the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
Make sure that the cutout of the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly is aligned with the cutout of the fuel pressure sensor.
- Install a new fuel pressure sensor to the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
- INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR HOLDER
*a Cutout (Fuel Pressure Sensor) *b Cutout (No. 1 Fuel Pressure Sensor Holder) - Temporarily install the No. 1 fuel pressure sensor holder to the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
Make sure that the cutout of the fuel pressure sensor is aligned with the cutout of the No. 1 fuel pressure sensor holder.
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, install 2 new bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Connect the fuel pressure sensor connector.
- Temporarily install the No. 1 fuel pressure sensor holder to the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
- INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
- INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION
- Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel pressure sensor.

- Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel pressure sensor.
- INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING BATTERY TERMINAL
HINT:
When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
