ECU Power Source Circuit [06/2018 - 09/2022]: Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TCM - BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the C80 TCM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C80-2 (E1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Connect the C80 TCM connector.
Result
Proceed to OK NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
Result:
OK

- INSPECT ECU TERMINAL VOLTAGE (+B TERMINAL)
- Disconnect the C80 TCM connector.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C80-1 (+B) - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V - Connect the C80 TCM connector.
Result
Proceed to OK NG

CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS. Refer to CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS [06/2018 - 09/2024]

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TCM - NO. 1 INTEGRATION RELAY)
- Disconnect the 1B No. 1 integration relay connector.
- Disconnect the C80 TCM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance (Check for Open)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C80-1 (+B) - 1B-4 Always Below 1 Ω C80-1 (+B) or 1B-4 - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher - Connect the C80 TCM connector.
- Connect the 1B No. 1 integration relay connector.
Result
Proceed to OK NG
