DTC U0418-81: Invalid Data Received from Brake System Control Module Invalid Serial Data Received [01/2019 - 09/2022]: Procedure

1. Using the Techstream, check for electronically controlled brake system DTCs.

   Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

   HINT: 

   If DTC U0418-81 is output by the pre-collision system, perform troubleshooting for the electronically controlled brake system.
