C051E: 

  1. The acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) detects whether the sensor value is valid or invalid during self-diagnosis. When an invalid acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) value is received for a certain amount of time, the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) judges that the data from the acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) is invalid and illuminates the MIL and stores this DTC.
