DTC C1210: Zero Point Calibration of Yaw Rate Sensor undone; DTC C1336: Zero Point Calibration of Deceleration Sensor undone [04/2018 -]: Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION OF YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR
    1. Perform zero point calibration of the yaw rate and acceleration sensor.

      Refer to CALIBRATION [04/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to CALIBRATION [08/2021 -]

      NOTE:

Make sure to perform linear solenoid valve offset learning, ABS holding solenoid valve learning, brake pedal stroke sensor assembly zero point calibration and system information memorization after performing "Reset Memory" as the data stored during linear solenoid valve offset learning, ABS holding solenoid valve learning, brake pedal stroke sensor assembly zero point calibration and system information memorization is cleared.

      Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Utility

      Tester Display
      Reset Memory

  2. PERFORM TEST MODE (SIGNAL CHECK)
    1. Using the Techstream, perform a Test Mode (Signal Check) inspection sensor check and check that all Test Mode (Signal Check) inspection items change from incomplete to complete.

Refer to TEST MODE PROCEDURE [04/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to TEST MODE PROCEDURE [08/2021 -]

      Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Utility

      Tester Display
      Signal Check

      OK

All Test Mode (Signal Check) inspection items change from incomplete to complete

    See step  3

  3. CHECK AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
    1. Turn the power switch off.
    2. Check that the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) has been installed properly.

      Refer to INSTALLATION [04/2018 - 08/2020] , or refer to INSTALLATION [08/2020 -]

      OK

The yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) is tightened to the specified torque.

The yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag ECU assembly) is not tilted.

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result:

    NG

INSTALL AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY CORRECTLY. Refer to  INSTALLATION [04/2018 - 08/2020]  , or refer to  INSTALLATION [08/2020 -]

    Result:

    OK

    See step  4

  4. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR)
    1. Select the Data List on the Techstream.

Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [04/2018 -]

      Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Data List
