Removal [08/2020 - ]: Procedure

- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20
- REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY
- Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose and No. 4 water by-pass hose from the EGR cooler assembly.
*1 No. 3 Water By-pass Hose *2 No. 4 Water By-pass Hose - Remove the 5 bolts and EGR cooler assembly from the cylinder head sub-assembly and EGR valve assembly.
- Remove the EGR valve gasket from the EGR valve assembly.
- Remove the EGR cooler gasket from the EGR cooler assembly.
- Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose and No. 4 water by-pass hose from the EGR cooler assembly.
