DTC P0013-13: Camshaft Position "B" - Actuator Bank 1 Circuit Open [08/2020 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Clear the DTC after recording the Freeze Frame Data and DTC.

   Powertrain > Engine > Clear DTCs 

5. Turn the engine switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.

   Result

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Start the engine.
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.
5. Read the DTCs.

REPLACE CAM TIMING OIL CONTROL SOLENOID ASSEMBLY. Refer to  PROCEDURE - Step 4

1. Disconnect the cam timing oil control solenoid assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the ECM connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   C22-2 - C109-26 (OE1+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   C22-1 - C109-25 (OE1-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   C22-2 or C109-26 (OE1+) - Body ground and other terminals	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   C22-1 or C109-25 (OE1-) - Body ground and other terminals	Always	10 kΩ or higher
