Disassembly [12/2015 - 08/2016]: Procedure

- REMOVE SHIFT LEVER CAP
- Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the shift lever cap from the floor shift position indicator housing sub-assembly.

- REMOVE INDICATOR LIGHT WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Disengage 2 clamps and disconnect the connector to remove the indicator light wire sub-assembly from the lower No. 2 position indicator housing.

- REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING
- Disengage the 5 claws to remove the lower No. 2 position indicator housing from the floor shift position indicator housing sub-assembly.

- REMOVE POSITION INDICATOR LIGHT GUIDE
- Disengage the 4 claws to remove the position indicator light guide from the lower No. 2 position indicator housing.

- REMOVE POSITION INDICATOR LED
- Disengage the claw to remove the position indicator LED from the lower No. 2 position indicator housing.

- REMOVE SHIFT LOCK CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the connector.

- Disengage the 3 claws to remove the shift lock control ECU sub-assembly from the shift lock control unit assembly.
- REMOVE UPPER POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING
- Disengage the 4 claws to remove the upper position indicator housing from the lower position indicator housing.

- REMOVE POSITION INDICATOR SLIDE COVER
- Remove the position indicator slide cover from the lower position indicator housing.

- REMOVE NO. 2 POSITION INDICATOR SLIDE COVER
- Remove the No. 2 position indicator slide cover from the position indicator slide cover.
