Reassembly [12/2015 - 08/2016]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL4 and bolt with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL4 onto the transmission valve body with the bolt and lock plate.
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *1 Lock Plate
      *2 Solenoid Valve SL4

      Torque: 11 N*m (110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf) 

  2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL3 and bolt with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL3 onto the transmission valve body with the bolt and lock plate.
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *1 Lock Plate
      *2 Solenoid Valve SL3

      Torque: 11 N*m (110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf) 

  3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL1 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL1 onto the transmission valve body.
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *1 Lock Plate
      *2 Solenoid Valve SL2
      *3 Solenoid Valve SL1
  4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL2 and bolt with ATF.
    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL2 onto the transmission valve body with the bolt and lock plate.

      Torque: 11 N*m (110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf) 

  5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SLU with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SLU onto the transmission valve body.
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *1 Lock Plate
      *2 Solenoid Valve SLT
      *3 Solenoid Valve SLU
  6. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SLT with ATF.
    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SLT and lock plate onto the transmission valve body.
  7. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve SL onto the transmission valve body.
  8. INSTALL ATF TEMPERATURE SENSOR (TRANSMISSION WIRE) 
    1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it onto the ATF temperature sensor.

    2. Coat the 4 bolts with ATF.

    3. Install the ATF temperature sensor onto the transmission valve body with the 4 bolts and wire harness clamp.
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *1 Wire Harness Clamp

      Torque: 11 N*m (110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)

      A 25 (0.984)
      B 85 (3.35)
  9. INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE

  10. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR
